Intact Group is looking for a motivated and personable **Maintenance Technician** to join our **Adelaide** team.

This role is full-time and with an immediate start.

Intact Group's client portfolio in Adelaide is growing at a rapid rate, and we are looking to employ a **Maintenance Technician** to provide high-quality handyman services at several sites across **Adelaide CBD.**

If you have experience as a Shop Fitter, Carpenter, Joiner, or Cabinet Maker, who is energic and well organised, we'd love to speak with you.

Due to security clearances required for this role, you must be an Australian Citizen for this position.

**About the role**:

- Carrying out planned and reactive repair and installation works as required within commercial and retail spaces.
- Scoping & quoting minor project/repair works.
- Responding to & managing urgent work requests as required.
- Communicating effectively in both oral and written communication.
- Keeping yourself safe Following WHS best practice and company processes.

**About You. Qualifications, Knowledge, and Skills**:

- **General maintenance skills**:has basic knowledge of the tools and processes used in the repair and maintenance of commercial properties
- **Verbal and written communication skills**:The property maintenance technician needs to have strong communications skills for effective delivery of information to clients, colleagues, and management
- **Valid driver’s licence and white card**:

- Can work unsupervised
- Able to appropriately pass a **National Criminal History Check** & **Working With Children Check**, and several high-level **Government Security Clearances**

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
