A position is open for Automotive Mechanical and Electrical educators/trainers/assessors to work with Emerald College to deliver Automotive qualifications from Cert III to Diploma.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Facilitating and delivering engaging lessons for all students that will focus more on practical experiences.
- Training and Assessing Students in the Diploma (AUR50216)
- Reviewing course and syllabus material for further development and amendments.
- Working with International students and assisting them as required.
- Automotive qualification equivalent to the level of delivery (minimum Cert III or equivalent)
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) or equivalent with relevant updates
- Recent and relevant work experience in the automotive industry
- Recent and relevant experience in training and assessment in both workplace-based and classroom-based.
- Experience in working with International Students.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $30.00 - $32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Upper Mount Gravatt, QLD 4122: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Teaching: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
