Deliver a high standard of customer care, and coach a team to success in this Manager in Training role. Support the Store Manager in developing and supporting a high performing team. Utilise your sales and customer service experience to deliver results and achieve success

**About You**
Management experience in a high performing store.
Management experience with medium to large teams.
Sales and results driven.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding KPI’s.
Attention to detail.
Ability to analyse sales and business reports to identify opportunity.
Experience in training, coaching and performance management.
Team orientated and ability to create a fun and positive environment
