**The firm**:
A large mid-tier firm who are nationally and internationally affiliated and have a full service to provide to clients. Specialising in Private tax, Corporate Tax, Audit, Corporate Finance, Business Advisory and SMSF work. Seeking a Business Services Manager with 12-24 months managerial experience, technically trained and skilled in corporate and business tax, dealing with clients on a daily basis, managing staff workflow and ensuring KPI's are met and exceeded where possible.

The company has an enviable office space, end of trip facilities, break out area, supportive HR team and offers flexibility and work/life balance to all staff.

**The Role**:

- Manage a team of 3-4 Intermediate and Senior Accountants.
- Oversee a client listing and fee base in excess of $800k that is growing and looking for someone with Business Development skills
- The role offers a mix of compliance and additional requirements including networking with clients and bringing junior staff through the ranks

**The successful person must have**:

- 7+ years of experience in tax and business services
- 12-24 months in a Manager or Supervisor role preferable
- Business Development experience and skills desirable
- Completion of the CA/CPA program
- Meeting and exceeding targets on billables and KPI's of the firm and their ethos
- An interest in mentoring and managing staff development
- Be a positive team member and leader of the firm
- The ability to balance work and life

Salary packaging from $110-140,000 + Super for the right person is above the banding offered by other businesses.
