**Fabrication workshop Foreman needed**

**Tasks of the position**
- Fabrication with 5mm to 60mm Q&T and mild steel
- Weld with Flux core and solid wires and welding multi-run passes.
- Co-ordinate and allocate workshop employees in accordance with the production schedule
- Enforce WHS rules through ongoing communication and Toolbox meetings
- Investigate non-conformance and maintain Quality Assurance policies and procedures

**Requirements of the position**
- Minimum 5+ years’ experience in fabrication
- must be trade qualified
- outstanding communication skills
- High-Risk Licence with EWP, Forklift, Dogger/Rigger (advantageous)
- A keen eye for detail and quality outcomes
- Must be able to work overtime and weekends (when required)
