**The Company**
Our client is a global brand and a household name They are a well-established organization and are coming into their busiest period. They are actively seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis.

**The Role**:

- Reconciliations of collections in Australia and New Zealand
- Conduct company trade references.
- Invoice processing
- Assist Credit Manager to manage overdue accounts.
- Compile and send out monthly customer statements.
- Approve orders and invoices as required.
- Monthly report to the Underwriter.
- General administration duties.

**You**:

- **Minimum two years relevant experience**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft suite of products
- Excellent attention to detail and organization skills
- High level of data entry accuracy
