**Your Role**
We are looking for an energetic Administrator to join our growing team. This role will see you working in our Port Melbourne office where you’ll be front and centre with our customers. Having a background in customer service will be essential, as majority of your tasks will include;
- Liase with the Service Coordinators by scheduling our Melbourne-based technicians
- Creating quotes for spare parts/single phase equipment
- Send/Receive stock
- Other general administration duties
Additionally, you will represent the Sure Power team with professionalism, build relationships with our customers, promote Sure Power’s offerings, and achieve a high level of customer satisfaction.
Your skills will include;
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Confident in following-up customer enquiries
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Resourceful and proactive attitude
- Willingness to learn various skills, such as sales support
**What You Need To Do**
**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual
Pay: $35.00 - $38.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 30.4 per week
**Experience**:
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
