**4x Cleaning Services roles: in-home domestic cleaning and housekeeping tasks.**

The purpose of this role is to provide high-quality, reliable domestic cleaning services to clients in the aged and disability community, helping them maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment. As a valued team member of JC Assist, you will offer essential support that promotes the independence, dignity, and wellbeing of our clients. This role is more than just cleaning — it’s about building trust and making a positive difference in the lives of those we support through respectful, compassionate, and professional service.

**Core objectives include**:

- Greeting clients of the business
- Day to day cleaning
- Decluttering
- Window cleaning
- Must be physically able to work within a manual handling environment
- Client liaison and relationship building

Other ad hoc administration as required

JC Assist supply Uniform, training & all products and equipment. We roster between the hours of 8:30am-5:30pm and are flexible around school hours. No weekends or public holidays.

**You must**:

- be willing to travel in and around our service area of the Knox, Maroondah, Yarra Ranges, Whitehorse and surrounding areas
- be available minimum three consistent days a week.
- have a police check.
- have a reliable car and valid license.
- complete the introduction to NDIS modules before the end of the probation period.
- Have access to a smartphone is required to utilise our rostering software.
- Clear spoken and written communication is essential.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $30.00 - $33.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4 - 20 per week

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift

**Experience**:

- Cleaning: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driver Licence (required)

Work Location: On the road

Expected Start Date: 12/05/2025
