**About Us**:
Alfa Clean is a professional cleaning company providing high-quality commercial and residential cleaning services. We are currently looking for experienced end-of-lease cleaning subcontractorsto join our network for ad-hoc work across Sydney and Melbourne.

We are seeking reliable, detail-oriented, and experienced subcontractors to provide end-of-lease cleaning services on a flexible, as-needed basis. You will be responsible for delivering high-standard cleaning services to ensure rental properties meet real estate and landlord expectations.

**Requirements**:
✔ Experience: Must have prior experience in end-of-lease cleaning.

✔ Equipment & Supplies: Must have your own cleaning equipment and products suitable for deep cleaning.

✔ Reliability: Must be punctual, professional, and dependable.

✔ Attention to Detail: Ability to clean to a high standard, ensuring properties are ready for inspection.

✔ Availability: Flexible to take on jobs as they arise.

✔ ABN Required: Must have a valid Australian Business Number (ABN).

✔ Transport: Must have your own reliable transportation to travel to job sites.

✔ Insurance: Public liability insurance required.

**Responsibilities**:
✔ Perform comprehensive end-of-lease cleaning including kitchens, bathrooms, carpets, windows, walls, and other areas as required.

✔ Follow real estate and landlord cleaning checklists to ensure compliance.

✔ Provide your own professional-grade cleaning equipment and supplies.

✔ Work efficiently and independently while maintaining a high level of quality.

✔ Communicate professionally with our team regarding job updates and availability.
