The Role
We are looking for a motivated and dedicated person with a genuine interest in IT to join our team
This is an internal support role, working closely with our head office in Lithgow as well as supporting our remote teams based in Sydney, Toowoomba, Melbourne and Tasmania. Without the need to support external customers, assisting the internal Fairview team with all things IT is the focus
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day to day support to end-users, working face-to-face and via remote access
- Manage and log workload with case management systems
- Provide support for business systems and platforms
- Work with IT equipment procurement
- Manage and track IT assets across the company
- Assist in ensuring all systems comply with relevant IT security principles, policies and standards
- Document and follow Standard Operating Procedures for support tasks
- Work closely with out managed service providers
**Skills and Experiences**:
Key Strengths & Skills
- Experience troubleshooting IT hardware and networking
- Familiar with Office 365 administration
- Proven ability to work with sensitive and confidential information
- Exceptional critical thinking and trouble-shooting
The role will be based at our head office in Lithgow, with the possibility of part-time or flexible working arrangements.
