Concrete Labourer's - Civil Construction

Our client is a civil construction company that specialises in road, laneway reconstruction, car parks, drainage, footpaths, street-scape and hard and soft landscaping.

Due to upcoming projects, they are seeking additional Concrete & Civil Labourers to join their team on a casual trial basis to become permanent.

Sites are located across the North Western suburbs of Metropolitan Melbourne.

Responsibilities:

- Assist in the preparation of construction sites by digging, loading, and unloading materials
- Assist the Concrete Finishers with the preparation and pouring of concrete
- Spread, level, and smooth concrete, using rakes, shovels, and trowels
- Remove forms from set concrete
- Clean and maintain tools and equipment
- Assist with stormwater drainage
- Assist with asphalt works
- Spotting for plant
- Follow safety guidelines at all times

Requirements:

- Previous experience in concrete labouring
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects
- Excellent communication skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- White Card
- Own PPE

Salary:
The salary for this position is $35 to $40 per hour depending on experience. Plus daily travel, super & co-invest.
