**About the role**

We have not one, but TWO permanent, full-time roles in Council’s Maintenance team, based at the Batemans Bay and Moruya Depots. Your main duties will include:

- Preparing and monitoring projects for construction works and maintenance tasks.
- Managing staff, contractors and sub-contractors, including providing feedback on team performance and training in relevant projects.
- Actively performing physical labouring and other construction or maintenance manual activities.

**Salary Information**

Total remuneration for the role is in the range of $2,989.97 to $3,287.93 gross per fortnight comprising:

- $2,643.75 to $2,910.98 base salary
- $37.84 Adverse Working Conditions allowance
- $308.38 to $339.11 superannuation (calculated at 11.5%)
- A fully maintained Council vehicle for to/from home use is also available with this position_

**About you**
- A Certificate IV in Civil Construction Supervision or equivalent, or able to complete (with Council assistance).
- Experience in a civil construction and/or civil maintenance environment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
