Are you an experienced digital professional with a knack for project delivery, an eye for process, and a passion for creating seamless digital experiences?

Curtin University’s Digital Experience team is on a mission to craft world-class digital experiences that inspire and empower future students. We’re looking for a Digital Project Consultant to drive the successful delivery of critical digital projects, ensuring every initiative is executed with precision and impact.

Reporting to our Digital Experience Implementation Lead and alongside a team of experts, you’ll take the reins on projects that range from a complete UX refresh (think new IA, user journeys, design system and templates, UI enhancements and governance) to SEO improvements, information course accuracy and personalisation initiatives to supporting the delivery of integrated digital marketing campaigns. Your role will be pivotal in orchestrating cross-functional teams, optimising digital workflows, and ensuring smooth project execution.

This is an opportunity to bring your expertise in digital project management, agile methodologies, and stakeholder collaboration to a team that values innovation, efficiency, and high-quality outcomes.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Support the coordination and delivery of digital experience projects from initiation to completion on the Curtin Website.
- Develop planning frameworks to help teams forecast resources, prioritise work, and create clear product roadmaps.
- Work alongside project consultants and leads to oversee marketing operations, ensuring seamless request management and optimal resource allocation.
- Support integrated digital marketing campaigns and ensure seamless execution.
- Champion best practices in digital marketing operations, refining processes and enhancing existing tools and systems.
- Work with stakeholders (Marketing, IT, Admissions to name a few) to prepare business cases, project briefs, and governance frameworks.
- Model Curtin University’s values, setting a high standard for professionalism, collaboration, and innovation.
- Train and upskill the University Marketing team in delivery management best practices, effective ways of working and essential digital skills.
