**The Company**

**The position requirements include, but are not limited to**:

- Fitting and machining processes for the production and testing of centrifugal pumps.
- Organising spare parts for the service and repair of existing pumps.
- Following detailed project drawings and specifications to work with tight tolerances to meet client standards.
- Competently use measuring equipment to perform quality inspections as required.
- Strictly following all required safety procedures

**To be considered for this role you will ideally possess the following**:

- A trade qualification as a Fitter & Turner
- Proven experience with centrifugal pumps and working to tight tolerances
- Proven experience on conventional lathes, mills, grinders etc.
- A current forklift and riggers licence - highly desirable
- A team player mentality with a positive, self motivated and proactive attitude
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) with a high attention to detail
- Flexibility to work extra hours and perform ad hoc duties as required

**Hours & Rates**
Day shift hours: 6:00am - 2:30pm

$50-$55 per hour + OT + super + 1 RDO p/m
