**About you**

We are currently seeking an experienced landscaper for our construction team at Coomera. Ideally you will have current experience and a background in landscape or construction practices. Landscape Cert 3 or 4 ideal but not essential. Hard working with a great attitude is integral with a fun but professional approach to supporting a relaxed and efficient workplace.

**The following experience and attributes are required for the position.**

The successful applicant will have experience working on landscape projects, on commercial sites.

Exhibit knowledge across all areas of Landscape construction.

An MR or HR license would be a bonus.

The values we would look for in our workers are reliability, energetic, proactive, problem solving, forward thinking and personable.

The applicant must have some knowledge surrounding working safety on site. Common sense and safety awareness is extremely important as you will be working on commercial sites with both the public and commercial contractors, which includes heavy machinery.

This will be a full-time position with an excellent remuneration after a short probationary period.

**Tasks & responsibilities**
- The successful applicant will be working on commercial sites constructing streetscapes, parks and planned community developments.
- You will be working with a great team of tradies, and it will be your job to work productively alongside your teammates.
- Understanding and taking direction from your site supervisor or team leader.
- Ability to present yourself in a professional manner.
- An eye for detail.
- Landscaping competencies including but not limited to:
~ Understanding the scope of work,

~ Basic interpretation of landscape plans,

~ Softscapes: Soil spreading, turfing, planting and mulching,

~ Timber: Timber work, fencing, decking, bollards etc,

~ Hardscapes: concreting, rock work and rock layout.

~ Playgrounds.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $35.00 - $42.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 - 45 per week
