**The Roles**

We are looking for several qualified Carpenters, Trade Assistants and Apprentices to join our growing team on the Sunshine Coast. These casual or sub-contractor opportunities include working on a variety of commercial projects. The key responsibilities for this role include but are not limited to:

- Set-out and installation of lightweight commercial steel frames and trusses for commercial projects.
- Measure, cut and install cladding systems to external buildings.
- Proactively complete jobs within allocated timeframes
- Ensuring a high standard of Workplace Health and Safety is maintained at all times
- Proven experience as a Carpenter - second and third-year apprentices and trade assistants are welcome to apply.
- Previous experience working on commercial projects preferred but not essential for the right person.
- Solid understanding of carpentry techniques, methods of installation and construction.
- Close attention to detail and ability to work off plans in line with experience.
- Be well presented, punctual and reliable with good communication skills.
- The ability to work within a team of Carpenters and Apprentices.
- Be able to achieve targets whilst maintaining a high standard of quality
- Self-motivated with a can-do attitude.
- Must have own trade tools and reliable vehicle.
- Must hold a valid Construction White Card and Driver Licence.
- EWP Licence desirable but not essential.
