**About this role**:
As a support worker at Direct Focus Solutions, you will have the opportunity to become part of a multidisciplinary team that delivers positive outcomes through a strengths-based approach. In this role, you will work closely with our program managers, support worker leads, and members of our clinical team to support a range of clients and NDIS participants within their homes and communities throughout Sydney by delivering individually tailored services and activities.

**Requirements**:
Successful applicants will need to:

- Be flexible in accordance with the specific needs of our clients.
- Possess disability, personal care, community services, or aged care qualifications and/or experience.
- Have strong communication skills, a highly motivated mindset, and an enthusiasm for helping others.
- Possess a driver’s license and have access to a vehicle prior to employment.

DFS is prepared to support individuals to obtain the following checks as a further condition of their employment:

- Working With Children Check (WWCC)
- NDIS Worker’s Check (NDISWC)
- Police Check

**How to Apply**:
**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $38.00 - $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 38 per week
