Your Role:
As the Head of Legal, you will play a pivotal role in shaping legal strategy. Your expertise in commercial law, property law, health and safety, and litigation will be essential as they navigate complex legal matters.
Here’s what you’ll do:
- Lead and inspire the legal and compliance team, providing strategic direction.
- Advise senior management on legal issues related to commercial contracts, property transactions, health and safety, compliance and litigation.
- Champion diversity and inclusion within the legal function.
Qualifications:
- A qualified lawyer with at least 8 years of post-qualification experience.
- Passionate about promoting a diverse and flexible workplace.
- Strong background in a relevant area of law, ideally with some previous inhouse experience.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
