**QUALIFICATIONS** - Diploma-qualified Early Childhood Educator

**Key Attributes** - Highly motivated self-starter with a passion for childcare.

Friendly personality. Ability to establish warm and meaningful partnerships with families, children, and co-workers. You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Knowledge and understanding of Early Childhood Education and EYLF.
- Extensive knowledge of NQF and NQS.
- Ensure children’s developmental growth is promoted at all times.
- A mature approach to operate with minimum supervision
- Ability to develop, implement, and maintain education programs aligned with NQS.
- Experienced in writing daily journals and observations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A flexible, caring, hardworking nature.
- Reliable with strong work ethics
- Take full responsibility for the well-being of children under their care.
- 18 - 24 months experience working as a Diploma qualified educator
