**Casual Support Worker - Chinese Speaking (Male Only)**

**Role Requirements**:
**Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) - Essential**
Experience in disability or aged care support preferred
Ability to assist with daily living activities, personal care, and household tasks
**Mandatory: Two passive sleepover shifts per week**
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

**Certifications & Compliance (mandatory)**:
✔ Certificate III or IV in Individual Support (Aged Care/Disability) or equivalent
✔NDIS Worker Screening Check
✔ Working With Children Check (WWCC)
✔ First Aid & CPR Certification
✔Manual Handling Training (preferred)
✔ Valid Driver’s License (preferred)
✔ **Valid Passport & Visa with Full-Time Working Rights in Australia** (mandatory)

Pay: 35-38 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
