Oshc Coordinator Treeby

Description and Requirements

Leading the team at Treeby OSHClub as a qualified Coordinator, you'll have the middle of your day free while working 6:30am - 9:00am and 2:00pm - 6:00pm. Plus, you'll be paid 6 admin hours every week to ensure the best program possible for the kids in your care in this 100 place licenced service.

About the role
Leading a team of Educators, you will manage a service at a primary school in the hours before and after school for children aged 5-12 years. You'll have the support of a state specific office, plus regional managers who regularly visit and mentor you at your service.
Develop and facilitate an engaging child-centered program full of exciting experiences such as STEM, sport, cooking, art and craft - whatever you and the children are into
Foster healthy relationships with children, the school, community, and parents
Lead a team of Educators onsite, including roster management
Manage the day-to-day operations of your service including compliance and administration

Who are we looking for?
We can teach you about the job and sector, but a few basics you need to have:
Enjoy working with kids
Strong and clear communication
Team player with a desire to become a service leader
Hold or willing to obtain a national police check (we'll pay for it) and a state check for working with children
Qualified to work in OSHC under ACECQA regulations (check the ACECQA website for more info)
