Prepare beverages (beers, cocktails, wines, non alcoholic) according to Bincho Boss standard.
- Knowledgeable in beer, spirits, wines and sake.
- Able to communicate well with peers and guests alike.
- Build guest rapport by engaging with guest seated by the bar.
- Stocking bar according to par level the liquors, syrups, wines, garnishes.
- Waitering work mostly on weekdays when the bar is not busy.
- Opening / closing of bar area.
- Maintain cleanliness of bar at all times.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $30.00 - $36.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 24 per week

**Experience**:

- Bartending: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- RSA (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
