Earn while you learn with this full-time opportunity. Across 3-years receive practical, industry experience and paid study towards a **Certificate III in Civil Construction Plant Operations**.

**Duties Include**:
- Site preparation and excavation
- Level base and surface materials
- Lay water pipes and drainage structures
- Installation of safety barriers and traffic management
- Operate plant machinery and use power tools
- Read construction blueprints
- Liaise with site supervisors and labourers

**About You**:
- Thrive working outdoors
- Have a can-do attitude, displaying initiative
- Strong track record of being punctual, reliable, and hardworking
- Physically fit and able to move repetitively
- Strong verbal communication skills

**Role Requirements**:
- Provisional or c-class driver’s licence with reliable vehicle
- Any labouring or industry experience (desirable)
- Must satisfactorily pass a pre-employment assessment
- Physically fit and healthy due to manual labour work
