**The Retail Supervisor Role**

The Retail Supervisor at NEEDLY will be responsible for the daily operations of the store. As a Retail Supervisor you will be responsible for safety, compliance, merchandising, customer service, stock ordering, inventory management, and people management to ensure the operation is running in synch. You will be pro-active in looking for opportunities to improve processes and make the business operate more efficiently.

**Requirements**:

- 1+ years experience in a store/retail/hospitality/warehouse supervising or leadership role.
- Experience in quality control, stock management, store/warehouse operations.
- Team leadership - able to improve a team’s performance and culture.
- High attention to detail, precision, and time-management skills.
- Ability to adapt and thrive under a changing and fast-paced environment.

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $69,000.00 per year
