We have a great opportunity for an experienced recruiter to join a busy and stablished recruitment team, initially on a 6-month contract.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Build and maintain strong working relationships with all relevant stakeholders to ensure a collaborative approach to filling approved vacant positions with new employees, volunteers, trainees or work placements.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and provide support throughout the entire recruitment process.
- Participate in continuous improvement of recruitment processes and contribute in various resourcing projects.

**About you**:

- Demonstrated experience in high-volume recruitment and working in a fast-paced environment and high volume recruitment..
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
- Strong sense of urgency
- Sound knowledge and understanding of legislation and regulations governing the disability sector is highly regarded.
