Male Support Worker

**Convenient Care Services** is seeking to employ a male support worker for a 19 year old ASD level 2 male located in Canungra. The support worker needs to either live there or be able to travel there.

The requirements of the support worker is to take him out for Community Access (the gym and social outings) and assist him with household chores. There is a Monday to Sunday availability for the support worker.

**Requirements**:

- Education in relevant area - minimum Certificate III in Disability, Community Services, or Individual Support.
- Previous experience in supporting participants aged 10 and above with disabilities. Experience in dealing with challenging behaviours,
- Ability to maintain strong professional boundaries.
- Exceptional interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills is a must
- Ability to use Microsoft Office suite of programs and other computer systems for record-keeping.
