**About the company**

ZOLO Sydney Office is a locally owned electronic recycling business located in Villawood, Sydney.

Electronic waste is the fastest growing waste stream on our planet, E-waste is 100% recyclable, only less than 20% are currently being recycled. E-waste comprises 70% of our overall toxic waste. ZOLO aims to reduce amount of toxic chemicals in our landfill by bringing E-waste recycling rate to 100%.

We are growing and require another person to join our team. Our team of five look forward to welcoming aboard an experienced and capable individual who will find meaningful work with us.

**About the role**

This role is permanent full-time 38 hours per week Monday
- Friday and is primarily responsible for pickups, warehouse duties, Data erasure, IT asset sorting.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Pickups
- Plan and organise your workday and routes
- Publicly represent ZOLO and our clients in a professional manner
- Report to office as required
- Taking external customer orders
- New external business generation (guided by Management)
- Device and e-waste management
- Assist with new device deliveries and trade-in collections
- Promote new & additional product lines with customers

We are seeking a person with a positive and vibrant personality who is great at building relationships with both the staff and the client-base. You will need to be a calm logical thinker to complete day-to-day tasks. You will be naturally proactive, have an eye for detail, be comfortable with technology and easily adapt to new systems. You aren’t afraid of responsibility, and you enjoy taking on new challenges that will help improve the day-to-day operation of the business. Ultimately you will have:

- Great attention to detail
- Ability to build great working relationships and customer relations
- Good computer literacy and ability to learn new systems
- Good literacy and numeracy skills
- Be physically fit and strong
- An **Unrestricted Australian Drivers Licence** and a safe driving record (you will need to consent to undergo both a police history check and driving history check)
