We are looking for a customer focused individual, positive attitude, and a go getter to work in a team to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction.
**What your day looks like?**
- ** Delivering consistent and high-quality service** to our customers
- ** Assist customers with trade counter and phone sales enquiries** and follow up with quotes, pricing and product enquiries.
- ** Accurately enter cash sales**, invoices, purchase orders, transfers and picking slips into the computer system.
- ** Assist** in picking, packing, and dispatching orders.
- ** Aid**with regular stock checks to ensure inventory accuracy.
- ** Support the team**with general warehouse duties as required.
**About you - Skills and experience**:
- ** Exceptional customer service focu**s, communication and interpersonal skills
- ** At least have 6 months to a year experience** in the warehouse, customer service or similar industry.
- ** High attention** to detail and solid organisation skills
- ** Ability**to work independently and as part of a team
- ** Productive and willing team player** with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- ** Good computer skills** - Knowledge in outlook, excel etc.
- Experience in the bearings, power transmissions or similar background **(Desirable)**
