**About the Role**
We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate **Casual Disability Support Worker** to assist a child with autism. This role is suited to someone with experience in disability support who is available during early morning hours.
- **Location**: Meadow Heights VIC 3048
- **Shift Times**: Monday to Friday, 7:30 am - 9:00 am

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide one-on-one, person-centred support
- Promote independence in daily routines
- Ensure safety and wellbeing at all times
- Follow tailored support plans
- Communicate effectively with the participant’s family and support network

**Essential Requirements**
- Experience working with children with autism
- Certificate III or IV in Disability, Individual Support, or equivalent
- Working With Children Check (WWCC)
- National Police Check (current)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- First Aid and CPR Certification (current)
- Current Australian Driver’s Licence and own registered vehicle
- TFN or ABN
- Full working rights in Australia
- Valid photo identification (Driver’s Licence or Passport)

**Job Types**: Subcontract, Casual

Pay: $46,460.00 - $93,169.69 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Meadow Heights VIC 3048: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Certificate I - IV (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Working with people with autism: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Working with Children Check (preferred)
- National Police Check (preferred)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (preferred)
- First Aid and CPR Certification (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)

**Location**:
