**The Opportunity**

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager at our busy Harbour Town Gold Coast store. In this hands-on role, you’ll be responsible for driving store performance and delivering outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities include:

- Drive sales and achieve KPI’s set by Head Office
- Carrying out retail policy and procedure
- Provide exceptional customer service levels.always
- Ensure VM standards are met and in line with company guidelines
- Lead and motivate the team
- Understand and communicate the features and benefits of highly technical product

**About You**
- You have retail experience, passionate about sales and meeting KPI's
- Understanding of instore retail operations
- Confident in carrying out operational activities including rostering, inventory management, VM, reporting and staff training
- Understanding of the importance of ‘brand’. Confident in being a strong brand advocate for staff and customers alike
- A passion for water sports, snow or the general outdoors (preferred)
