**About the Role**

We have an exciting opportunity available within our Group Support Services division for a Contracts Manager with strong business acumen to support managers across our companies with the management, review and negotiation of contracts.

This role will report to the Commercial and Investments Manager and work closely with the Executive Management Team to drive forward business objectives and support the overall operations of this expanding Group of companies.

**Key Responsibilities**
- In conjunction with relevant managers; manage, negotiate and review contracts across the business for goods and services to ensure the delivery of outcomes in line with contract objectives, and customer requirements.
- Ensure that all commercial activities meet all legal, contractual, financial and commercial requirements
- Establish and maintain strong business relationships with key stakeholders and suppliers including effectively managing contract enquiries, issues, disputes, variations, risks and undertaking negotiations with suppliers as required.
- Compose and maintain complex up to date contract documentation, procedures, data and records, including guidelines and operating processes.
- Identifying opportunities to improve procurement outcomes, efficiency and value for money.
- Research and analyse contract related information including supplier contract reporting, and provide reports regarding contract activity and performance.

**Skills and Experience**
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Contracts/Commerce/Law and previous experience in Contracts Management, Commercial Management, Risk Management or other relevant responsibilities
- Comprehensive understanding of Commercial legislation, standards, codes of practice and Government procurement policies and accreditation schemes
- Ability to work within specified parameters including timeframes and objectives
- Demonstrated high level negotiated skills
- Proven financial and legal acumen
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated and results orientated
