**About the role**
The Business Resilience team within Group Risk & Assurance is responsible for the design, development, maintenance, and oversight of the Group’s Business Resilience Program which drives how we prevent, prepare, respond and recover from emergencies, disruptions, disasters and crises.

As a **Business Resilience Advisor**, you are accountable for supporting all Business Resilience activities, including:

- Assess and analyse our vulnerability to disruption events
- Provide advice to the business on how to best prevent and plan for a wide range of disruption events, from natural disasters to cyber security incidents
- Contribute to the continual improvement of our program, including Business Continuity, Crisis and Emergency Management and Exit and Recovery Planning
- Support Crisis Management and Disruption Management Teams during a disruption

**You are**:

- Driven to start a career in the dynamic and expanding field of business resilience
- Curious and analytical by nature
- Exceptional at problem solving, risk assessment and communication
- Comfortable making decisions or providing advice in uncertain environments
- Experienced responding to high pressure incidents and will bring a sense of calm and stability to response teams
