In Australia, RATP Dev will be part of a consortium with international companies.

**Missions**:

- General
- Support the asset management activity (asset register, production, life cycle cost, organization, )
- Support the safety/security processes defined by the O&M HSEQ Director
- Support the risk assessment and management
- Contribute to the production of the project/management plan
- Contribute to the configuration management
- Participate in the different workshops and develop the evidences (technical notes) with arguments to explain our O&M position
- Rail Systems
- Review and assess the assumptions taken during tender stage
- Provide an overall concept of O&M tools implementation (for sharing with D&C) closed to the O&M concept but applicable for the O&M tools.
- Provide the specifications for the O&M tools which require interfaces with D&C systems
- Manage the different subcontractors (AIS Subcontractor, SPMS Consultant, Driving Simulator, ) to support the O&M Tools Implementation
- Develop and provide the ICD (Interface Context Description) where O&M is in lead and attend to the D&C workshops
- Prepare and develop the O&M tools implementation plan which are not in interfaces with D&C systems
- Prepare and attend the gate reviews defined by the system/security assurance process
- Prepare and develop the set of operation and maintenance manuals
- Prepare and develop the set of user and maintenance manuals
- Prepare and develop the installation strategy, plan and procedures
- Prepare and develop the Test and Commissioning strategy, plan and procedures
- Security
- Review and contribute to the security system assurance
- Contribute for the functional description of the Security operation Center
- Develop the Security Operating Center (Soc) in accordance with D&C
- Implement the SIEM-Security Logging & Monitoring and the NIDS-Network Intrusion Detection System for Signalling Systems/Rolling Stock
- Develop the interfaces for the SoC for the O&M Scope in the SoC
- Determine which alerts are relevant for immediate action, which are wait and watch and which are not relevant
- Review and assess the SoC tools in order to ensure that O&M can comply with the Security Obligation
- Prepare event and incident documentation
- Review and assess initial Threat and Risk Report
- Carry out the risk assessment at each stage of the project
- Support the other O&M positions for the topics related to security
- Human Factor
- Contribute in the human factor process
- Review and assess the human factor issues for the O&M Tools
- Support some ergonomic studies (SoC Ergonomic studies )
- Any other appropriated duties

**Responsabilités et activités**:
The Digital Tools will ensure that the O&M tools are well implemented and interfaced with the D&C systems during the D&C phase by respecting the processes of the system assurance and program delivery.

**Expériences et compétences requises**:

- Diploma / Degree in Engineering or B.Sc./M.Sc. with Physics / Electronics/ Power Supply / Computer Science
- English language (Fluent)
- Minimum 10 years in Railway environment
- Safety and Security environment in railway: more than 5 years
- Has already an experience in SoC implementation and operation
- Has already an experience in the implementation and operation of O&M tools in railway
