**Responsibilities**:

- Interpreting spare parts inquiries and providing accurate information to customers.
- Maintaining an organized inventory system to track and manage spare parts.
- Assisting customers with technical inquiries and offering suitable solutions.
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure efficient operations and customer satisfaction.
- Providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with clients.

**Requirements**:

- Passion for the automotive industry and spare parts interpretation.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient computer skills and experience using inventory management software.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow in a team environment.
