We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented E-commerce Operations Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our online store, from managing inventory and packing orders to overseeing customer service. Your efforts will directly contribute to our mission of delivering outstanding products and experiences to our customers.
- **Key Responsibilities**:_

**Order Fulfilment**:

- Efficiently pack and ship online orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Monitor order processing and resolve any issues that arise during fulfilment

**Inventory Management**:

- Maintain accurate inventory levels and track stock movements.
- Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure product availability.

**Customer Service Management**:

- Address customer concerns, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction with our products and services.

**Organisational Support**:

- Assist with maintaining organised workspaces and streamlined operational processes.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency.

**Supplier Liaison**
- Manage all stock ordering from suppliers.
- Communicate with suppliers to manage product orders, negotiate terms, and maintain positive relationships.
- Track orders from suppliers, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods.
- Collaborate with suppliers on special promotions, exclusive product offerings, and new product launches.

**Reporting & Analysis**:

- Track key metrics such as customer satisfaction, sell through rates and stock levels.
- Provide regular reports to the management team on inventory status, sales trends, and customer service performance.
- Assist with forecasting demand based on sales trends and upcoming promotions.
- **Qualifications**:_
- Proven experience in e-commerce operations, logistics, or a related field.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using Shopify.
- A passion for skincare and a desire to contribute to our customer’s satisfaction.
