Statutory Planner Officer

One of our clients, a local council within the Warrandyte area, is looking for a Senior Statutory Planner to join their passionate team.

This Job is a casual role however will be for 38 hours per week and could lead onto gaining a full-time contract.

Your shift will start at 8.15am - 5.00pm

Pay Rate: $44.80 Per Hour + Superannuation.

Starting: ASAP.

**You will Need**:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Comprehensive understanding of relevant legislation and council policies.

Previous knowledge in the ability to interpret plans and related documentation.

Previous experience in law enforcement and investigative procedures.

At least a minimum 4 years’ experience in statutory planning

Driver’s license valid in Victoria.

**You will be**:
Pursuing design excellence for developments across the municipality to bring about positive built form change.

Working in collaboration to assist in the development of policies, processes and procedures within the planning team and other teams as required.

Please Note - a Police Check, WWCC and Covid Vaccination status will all need to be obtained upon placement.
