Greeting and seating customers: welcoming guests as they arrive, showing them to their tables, and providing menus.

Taking orders: writing down food and drink orders, ensuring accuracy, and answering any questions customers may have.

Serving food and beverages: delivering orders to tables and ensuring that customers have everything they need, such as condiments and utensils.

Handling payment: taking payment from customers and making change if necessary.

Cleaning and resetting tables: clearing plates and cutlery, wiping down tables, and preparing them for the next customers.

Assisting with kitchen tasks: communicating customer orders to the kitchen staff, ensuring that food is prepared correctly, and ensuring that orders are delivered promptly.

Providing excellent customer service: ensuring that customers have a pleasant dining experience, addressing any concerns or complaints, and maintaining a positive and friendly attitude throughout their shift.

In terms of work experience, previous restaurant or customer service experience is preferred, but not always required. As for skills, excellent communication and customer service skills are essential, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Additionally, the ability to speak Mandarin or Cantonese may be an advantage in communicating with customers and kitchen staff.

Formal education is not necessarily required for this position, but completion of high school or equivalent is generally preferred.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual
Part-time hours: 35 per week

**Salary**: From $22.00 per hour
