Sydney 4x4 and Outdoor at Thornleigh has a position available for a General Manager. The position is to drive a progressive team who strive for excellence in their positions and provide the sales advice necessary to match the quality of our products and service. We retail and fit all manner of 4x4 and off road accessories.

The position is full time with a substantial salary and benefits including fully maintained company vehicle.

Core duties are the responsibility of the management of store inventory, selecting and training staff, liaising with our suppliers as well as coordinating builds with our mechanical division. But most importantly sharing your knowledge to assist our retail and trade customers

A high level of organisational skills required generating quotes and invoices, ordering stock. Developing client and supplier relationships. Working closely with sales teammates and workshop technicians to provide a stable, informed, respectful environment where day to day tasks can be performed within a calm and considered environment.

The applicant will need to be computer literate and have previous sales experience. On the job training will be provided for both procedure and product. We do not age or gender discriminate ,just looking for the right person that is passionate about all things off road.

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $79,990.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Thornleigh, NSW 2120: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Leadership: 3 years (preferred)
- Retail management: 3 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driver Licence (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
