Full Time Stock Hand/store Worker

The JPL Group incorporates Prouds the Jewellers, Angus & Coote and Goldmark stores across Australia, with over 450 stores and 4,500 Team Members nationwide. As Australia's largest family-owned Jewellery retailer, we pride ourselves on our high standards and drive for success. Your role and responsibilities will consist but are not limited to: - Assist with ticketing of all stock orders - Assist with processing Recalls - Assist with put away when needed - Assist with processing of faulty/damaged goods for all Divisions - Assist in receiving & recording of stock deliveries - Debagging & de-ticketing of stock to be sent for refining. - Assist with processing of Closedown Store stock - Marking off returned stock & reporting any variances to the Supervisor - Assessing stock for write off or re-ticketing - Re-ticketing & cleaning of stock to be returned to inventory - Allocation of Inactive stock when required. - Transferring of allocated stock. - Processing of stock Recalls - Receiving of Transfers - Assist with Matching when needed. - Assist with matching stock to costings - Assist with general DC Duties when needed. - Assist with put away and transfer receiving when needed. - Assist with put away of stock into Jewellery and Catalogue vaults - Assist with refilling of stock in Jewellery & Catalogue vaults - Assist with vault maintenance - Ad hoc duties **Key competencies to succeed in the role include**: - Reliable and accountable - Strong interpersonal and written communication skills - Basic computer skills - Team orientated - Presents a "can do" attitude - Ability to manage and meet deadlines is essential - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Retail experience in a jewellery environment is preferred - Self-motivated and enthusiastic - Shows initiative
