We are expanding and seeking a friendly and motivated** Sales Assistant Manager** available to work Sundays, Monday & Tuesdays.

The successful applicant will have proven managerial experience, reliability, enthusiasm and a willingness to learn and have the ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment with mínimal supervision. A successful applicant will have a keen eye for merchandising, cleanliness, the ability to effectively delegate and direct your fellow team members with exceptional time management and communication skills.

Some of the tasks involved are, but are not limited to: stock management, product knowledge training, promotional setup, sales, returns, customer service, and leading staff in their daily activities. This position is a hands-on role working with our floor staff and providing support on a daily basis.

**As part of our team you will oversee**:

- Exceptional customer service
- Complete sales transactions
- Stock replenishment
- Online orders
- Work as a team to make sure the store is looking its best at all times, ensuring all the latest stock is on the shelves
- Training is up to date for all team members
- Ensure a safe working environment
- Contribute to a fun, supportive culture in-store where the team loves coming to work every day

- Have proven managerial experience
- Be physically fit & able to lift 20kg bags of dog food. ESSENTIAL
- Have a positive, can-do attitude
- Lead employees to meet the company’s expectations for productivity and goal accomplishment.
- Be a ‘people person’ who cares about their customers, team & the success of the store

Previous management experience preferred. Salary will reflect level of previous experience.
