**Your New Role and Responsibilities**
This is an exciting opportunity to use your project management experience helping the Capture Manager and bid teams to secure new business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage project schedules, transition plans, and Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) in alignment with customer requirements.
- Support bid responses by analysing tender data, writing project-related content, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Estimate project costs, allocate resources effectively, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
- Monitor project performance through metrics and SLAs, manage risk registers, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Handle change management, requirements mapping, and gap analysis in a fast-paced, deadline-driven tender environment.
What You’ll Bring to Make An Impact
- 1-2 years of project management experience with an interest in developing expertise in scheduling and risk within ASDEFCON government contracting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and resolve project issues.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills for engaging with diverse stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of project management methodologies, budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting.
- Proficiency with project management tools, particularly MS Project or similar software.
