Belgravia Academy is part of the Belgravia Health and Leisure Group (BHLG) and is the fastest growing leisure organisation in Australia. Our core areas of business and facilities stewardship include health clubs, wellness and spa, golf, aquatic, and sporting venues in 250 locations across Australia and New Zealand.

The RTO is an Enterprise RTO - meaning it exists to serve its own staff. Now we are expanding our programs and services to further support BHLG, and provide our programs and services beyond Belgravia

**The Role**

We are currently looking for suitably qualified Trainer/Assessors to train and assess Certificate III and IV in Travel and Tourism on a casual basis.

This role can be performed remotely, approximately 4 hrs per week. You will deliver training remotely to students in Qld and NSW.

**Responsibilities**:

- Delivery of quality training and assessment to students that is reflective of industry standards. This is delivered via a combination of online self-study and real-time remote delivery, and project-base assessments.
- Preparation of compliant class material, presentations or lesson plans and additional resources as required,
- Monitor and promote student progress, encouraging students to regularly undertake assessment tasks within set timeframes to achieve satisfactory grades, and competent units.
- Contribute to information sessions and respond to enquiries from potential students in a way that promotes our programs and encourages enrolments.
- Support traineeships through interactions with trainees and employers.

**Requirements**:

- TAE40122 Certificate IV Training and Assessment (or equivalent),
- Qualifications in Travel and Tourism (preferably with Holiday Parks and Resorts specialisation)
- Able to communicate course material in a clear, concise, and engaging manner in accordance with Belgravia Academy curriculum.
- Must be flexible with availability.
