Provide onsite accommodation in browns plains:
Independant furnished unit with :Lounge/Kitchen/1 Bedroom/1 bath/Laundry/Big yard/1 carspace, Water & Electricity & Internet all included,Swim pool/Gym/BBQ in complex for use (worth $370 per week).

Caretaker for two townhouse complex(one in eight mile plains, one in browns plains), 29~34 hrs work per week depends on season, tools & equipments all provided,compensation for insurance & fuel, Duties include:
1) Gardening (main duty:>80%): grass,hedge,plant,shrub,leaves,weeds
- for two complex

2)Service the swim pool,clean BBQ/Gym... routines in Browns Plains daily

3) Clean BBQ/Pool Room in Eight Mile Plains weekly

**Applicant must have gardening experience**.

**Job Types**: Permanent, Contract

**Salary**: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 29 - 34 per week
