We are currently seeking experienced Certificate III, Diploma & EARLY CHILDHOOD TEACHER to work at an amazing Childcare centre based in Epping. This is a privately owned and operated centre which is also an award-winning centre recognised for providing high quality childcare. The centre’s vision is to provide the highest possible quality outcomes for children in their care, through innovation within the Early Childhood industry. They value play-based learning as an ideal context for young children’s development and each child in care is nurtured, educated, and listened to and this is reflected in their practice. The Centre has been very fortunate to be involved in the Star Program which is an Early Intervention Program. They work closely with the Star team and the families of children with additional needs to provide care and education for their children within a warm, loving and an inclusive environment.

This fabulous centre is open to welcoming a great educator to their team. As a thriving educator you will provide an in-depth educational program that is based on the developmental needs, interests, and experiences of each child which includes a variety of experiences throughout the day including a learning cycle (called ‘Learning Journeys’). Every child’s Learning Journey is captured by educators and recorded in their portfolios. The educator’s partner with the children during this developmental journey with love, care, authenticity, and honest relationships and provide them with a safe space to flourish.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Certificate III, Diploma & ECT (early childhood education) approved by ACECQA
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate effectively with children, families, and professionals.
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with families, children, and other staff.
- Working knowledge of the EYLF and NQS.
- Excellent social and communication skills.
- Valid working with children's check and first aid desirable.
