**About the Role**

Work directly with the Workshop Manager to assist in the support of the day-to-day operations of our Brisbane workshop. This is a pivotal role to the workshop and you will be largely managing administration tasks and assist with the coordination of daily workflow for our pre delivery team.

**Key Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Create the Pre Delivery schedule on a monthly basis
- Maintain the Pre Delivery forecast with the Workshop Manager/Supervisor
- Produce and manage pre delivery orders, including processing invoices for payment
- Liaise with external suppliers to coordinate parts and services
- Manage the logistics of forklift movements between branches
- Produce transport invoices as required

**Skills & Experience**:

- Experience working within an industrial service sector, such as the materials handling industry or similar.
- Certificate Level in Business Administration or equivalent is desirable
- Intermediate computer skills - Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Previous experience with system M3 (ERP)
- Previous experience in a workshop environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Eye for detail
- Strong customer focus
