Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments to identify the needs and challenges of clients.
- Develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on assessment results.
- Implement and monitor intervention plans, making adjustments as necessary to ensure effectiveness.
- Collaborate with other healthcare providers, educators, and family members to ensure a holistic approach to client care.
- Provide training and support to families and caregivers to implement strategies at home and in other environments.
- Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of client progress and interventions.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to case discussions.
- Stay updated on the latest research and best practices in behavioral therapy and related fields.
- Adhere to ethical standards and regulatory guidelines in all aspects of practice.

## Qualifications:

- Master’s degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Social Work, or a related field.
- Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or equivalent preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working in behavioral therapy or a related field.
- Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Compassionate and patient demeanor, with a strong commitment to improving clients' quality of life.

## Preferred Skills:

- Experience working with children and adults with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder (ASD).
- Familiarity with a variety of behavioral assessment tools and intervention strategies.
- Proficiency in data collection and analysis software.
- Bilingual skills are a plus.
