The Dough Parlour is on the lookout for enthusiastic **Retail Staff** to join us at our brand new flagship store in Perth CBD.

If you love cookies, know your ganache from your caramel swirl, and want to be part of something sweet, unique, and proudly WA-owned, we want to hear from you

**About the Role**:
As a Retail Team Member, you’ll be the face of our brand, helping customers discover and fall in love with our full range of indulgent treats, from Cookie Boats and gooey cookies to our popular bake-at-home products.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Welcome and serve customers with a warm, friendly attitude
- Share product knowledge on our Cookie Boats, cookies, and bake-at-home range
- Operate the POS system, handle payments, and maintain stock displays
- Keep the store clean, organised, and Insta-ready at all times
- Assist with receiving deliveries and restocking shelves

**We’re Looking For Someone Who**:

- Is available Monday to Saturday, with one late night shift per week
- Has strong knowledge of or enthusiasm to learn about our product range
- Brings great energy and enjoys customer interaction
- Is reliable, well-presented, and has excellent communication skills
- Has previous retail, food, or hospitality experience (preferred, but not essential)
