**About the role**
As the Video and Content Creator, you'll collaborate closely with the social team to bring the brand to life on social media, employing a platform-first approach. Working alongside the Social Lead and Creative Lead, you'll craft visually engaging content, seamlessly blending social media design and video creation skills.

Utilizing tools like Figma, you'll design posts and create platform-specific videos for TikTok and Instagram Reels. Your role encompasses proactive idea generation, capturing content during photoshoots, producing reactive content tied to current events, and proposing innovative content ideas to enrich the existing social strategy. Your ultimate goal is to engage the audience by creatively narrating the brand's story, aligning with cultural trends, and upholding Our Client's values.

**Responsibilities**
- Create engaging social content for platforms like TikTok, Instagram, etc., blending entertainment and education.
- Collaborate with creative teams for social-first campaign execution and align content with business goals.
- Produce platform-native videos for Reels and TikTok.
- Lead timely reactive social content aligned with the organisation’s values and cultural trends.
- Elevate social strategy, crafting bold, effective content.
- Design and edit ads with a social-first perspective to drive website traffic.
- Innovatively express brand identity on social media.
- Ensure end-to-end ownership of projects.
- Collaborate with Social Lead to refine workflows.
- Foster teamwork through regular briefing and brainstorming sessions.
- Conduct weekly progress meetings to align priorities.

**About you**
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital, Design or related field
- Min 3+ years experience in Social Media, Content creation or Digital Media
- A solid experience in social media platforms such as Fb, IG, TikTok, Twitter
- Proficiency in video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere and Adobe After Effect
- Experience in lo-fi filming equipment for visual and audio capture, in-platform editing
- Practical familiarity with tools like Figma and CapCut will be of immense value.
