**The role**

The **Human Resources Business Partner** works closely with our Cement and Lime business on a range of employee and industrial relations matters, as well as be responsible for supporting the implementation of key People and Culture projects and initiatives.

The role will work in partnership with the wider People & Culture Team to leverage group offerings, expert knowledge and provide insightful and constructive solutions/ideas on key initiatives.

This important role is an exciting opportunity to work in a busy, supportive, and inclusive team who have an unwavering passion for supporting our people, creating our 'One-Adbri' culture.

This is a 12-month maximum term contract.

**Responsibilities**
- Partner with operational leaders to understand their business and workforce needs
- Develop and implement solutions to enhance employee experience and performance
- Acts as first point of contact for escalation and resolution of HR queries, issues and requests from internal and external stakeholders
- Supports leaders with accurate advice on employee matters
- Conduct end-to-end complex case management
- Participate and facilitate multiple Enterprise Agreement re-negotiations
- Deliver programs at a divisional level in alignment with Group organisational plans and priorities.

**What you will need to succeed**
- Bachelor’s degree in related field and or/tertiary qualifications in HR or similar highly regarded
- A track record of achievement in a People and Culture business partnering capacity
- Practical experience with collective bargaining and industrial relations
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Advanced communication and influencing skills
