**Your new role**

As a Product Owner, you’ll be at the forefront of product development, collaborating with cross-functional teams to shape and deliver cutting-edge smart home technology solutions.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Leadership and Strategy: Lead the product team, setting clear objectives and strategies to align with the company’s goals. Be an advocate for innovation within the team.
- Defining and prioritising product features: Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into clear product requirements.
- Roadmap development: Create and maintain a strategic product roadmap, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- User stories and backlog management: Craft detailed user stories, manage the product backlog, and prioritise features based on customer impact and business value.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with development teams, designers, and QA to ensure successful product delivery.
- Market research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.

**What you'll need to succeed**

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

- Experience: Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role, ideally within the smart home technology or HVAC sector.
- Strong communication skills: Ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Analytical mindset: Comfortable working with data, analysing user behaviour, and making data-driven decisions.
- Agile expertise: Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and a passion for iterative development.
- Stakeholder management: Skills in managing relationships with stakeholders, including executives, developers, and end-users.
